RETURN & REFUND POLICY (SAREE PRODUCTS)

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the policy below carefully:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
  • Sarees that are stitched, altered, or used will not be accepted for return

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Slight variations in color, design, or texture due to photography or screen resolution
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Exchange Option

Exchange is allowed only for eligible defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Request Process
